This gives us the freedom to tailor treatments entirely to your unique needs, supported by the latest insights in sports science and physiotherapy. With personal attention and a results-driven approach we enable you to recover faster and more effectively or elevate your performance to new heights. Reimbursement depends on your insurer and can be partially or even fully covered with the right policy. We will provide you with an invoice that you can easily submit to your insurance company.

Sports physiotherapy

For acute injuries, long-term rehabilitation (conservative or post-operative), or if you have longstanding complaints or limitations affecting your (sports) activities.

We start with a consultation, taking a detailed look at the history and onset of your symptoms. This is followed by a physical and movement assessment to identify the root cause of the problem. From there, we develop a treatment plan and a return-to-sport programme, helping you resume your (sports) activities as efficiently as possible.

Second opinion

For unexplained complaints, recurring injuries, or if previous treatments elsewhere have been ineffective, a second opinion can provide clarity and guide you with a solid plan, advice, or targeted referral within our specialist network.

Through a comprehensive evaluation of your injury history, physical examination, and movement analysis, we form a picture of your complaints and underlying factors. Accepting your complaints or limitations is not an option, and we will always seek an alternative or suitable solution.

Performance training / Team training

For individual performance improvement or the physical development of your team. Whether you want to excel in your sport or stay one step ahead of the competition. Focusing on your off-season, training for that (half) marathon, or preparing for your ski holiday — it all starts with a well-thought-out plan.

During the intake, we map out your goals, training experience, and injury history. We carry out a physical screening using the advanced VALD system. This forms the foundation for your personal performance profile and individual plan. You then choose a Performance Package that suits your needs, with options in:

  • Evaluations and re-testing
  • Physical check-ups
  • Coaching via the Movehealth App

Personal/ Medical Training

Everyone is unique and deserves a personalised approach. Even if you don’t have an injury or specific (sporting) goals, being fit, strong, and healthy is always a good idea. Personal training provides structure, guidance, and results.

Even with chronic or persistent complaints, a healthy and resilient body can make all the difference. We start with an intake and work together to determine your goal-oriented programme. Choose from one of the three training packages – Foundation / Recovery / Vitality – each with its own structure, intensity, and frequency. The packages include:

  • A personal training schedule
  • Regular re-evaluations and testing (VALD system)
  • 45-minute training sessions
  • Digital coaching via the VALD Health App
  • Education sessions (1–2 times per year)

Small Group training

The small group training is perfect for any small group with shared goals. This can focus on prevention, general fitness or health, or a more specific performance-related aim. Teammates from a particular sport, friends who want to get fitter, or colleagues doing joint corporate training.

Training together with individual attention. Work purposefully on your fitness or recovery, with support tailored to your level and goals. Ideal if you prefer not to train alone but still want the benefit of professional guidance. The different packages – Kickstart / Momentum / Drive – each have their own structure and frequency. Individually, they include:

  • Personal schedule
  • Regular evaluations & testing
  • 4 to 8 training sessions per month
  • Group dynamics with individual coaching
