True health starts with a sound mind and body, creating a strong foundation for life's challenges. It enables you to enjoy life to the fullest and gives you the power to perform with great excellence. Reach your full potential and don’t accept your limits or hope that discomfort will resolve itself.
Physical strength and muscle mass offer numerous health benefits. It reduces the chances of diabetes, Alzheimer's disease and improves general wellbeing and longevity. It’s hard to work-out when you’re injured but it’s even harder to live when you don’t feel well. Don't let that stop you; keep moving and get stronger!

Renée Eradus (40)
“I regularly engage in sports and have a busy life. About 10 years ago, I noticed weakness, numbness, and loss of sensation in my right arm, from shoulder to fingertips. After visiting several physiotherapists, Freek was the only one who could address the issues. It occasionally comes back, but with the right exercises, I can almost always resolve it myself, thanks to Freek. He works thoroughly, listens well, and never gives up.”
Freek’s Response
Every client is different, but the starting point is always a precise diagnosis and a plan that leads to self-sufficiency. In cases of peripheral nerve disorders, small details can make a big difference, from shoulder dynamics/strength to mobility in the upper back and ribs.

Renske de Rouw (27)
"After an operation on my fibula, which my orthopaedist had not done before, it was reassuring that Freek worked closely with him from the beginning. He actively thought along and developed a tailor-made recovery plan, something that was really new for this situation. Freek explained everything clearly, was able to reassure me and exuded great knowledge and confidence. His approach was not only thoughtful, but also creative and sports-oriented - I was even able to rehabilitate early on the hockey pitch. The sports-specific tests he used made my progress very insightful. I still visit Freek regularly, I am extremely happy with his guidance and would recommend him to anyone looking for a physiotherapist who really thinks with you and shares his expertise with you."
Freek’s Response
The pioneering nature, the cooperation with the orthopaedist and Renske make this course so unique. A rehabilitation for which there are no protocols yet and where cooperation in knowledge and skills result in a successful rehabilitation.
